SHIPPING

    All products are shipped within 3-5 business days through Canada Post, shipping/delivery estimates are handled via Canada Post. mistâpos is not responsible for incorrect estimates. You will receive an e-mail with tracking and an estimated delivery date once your order ships.

    mistâpos is a Canadian company, duty, and taxes added to your order upon shipping to your country are added by your government and out of our control.

    We currently do not ship internationally.

    mistâpos is not responsible for any lost shipments. It is your responsibility to track and receive packages. If a package is lost, contact Canada Post.

    If you refuse your package it will be considered abandoned and lost. We do not issue refunds on abandoned shipments.

    DAMAGED/WRONG ITEMS

    All products are checked for damages before being packaged.

    If you receive the wrong item, please go to the contact page and send us a e-mail within 7 days of the purchase.

    RETURNS

    Due to these times, all sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
